This policy explains how testing kits are delivered to you.

Outbound Delivery (Testing Kits to You)

Once your order is placed, your testing kit will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on postal services and circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays once items have been handed to the courier.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

What's Included in Your Kit

Your test kit contains:
- Sterile sample bottles
- Detailed collection instructions
- Prepaid return packaging for sending samples to the laboratory
- Laboratory submission forms
