These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of any products or services supplied by (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our services
We supply water sampling kits and facilitate laboratory testing services through our accredited UKAS lab partners, including Legionella and related microbiological analysis.
Our services are provided for monitoring and informational purposes only. They are intended to support water quality monitoring, risk management, and compliance activities but do not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, or professional advice.
Our services do not:
- replace a Legionella Risk Assessment
- certify legal or regulatory compliance
- transfer statutory dutyholder or responsible person obligations
2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete
- you are authorised to purchase on behalf of your organisation (where applicable)
- you understand the intended use and limitations of the products and services
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Testing kits and sample handling
Customers are responsible for:
- collecting samples in accordance with the instructions provided
- labelling samples accurately
- packaging samples securely
- arranging prompt return to the laboratory
Improper collection, storage, handling, or transport may compromise sample integrity and affect results.
We are not responsible for invalid, inconclusive, or compromised results caused by incorrect sampling or handling.
4. Sample time limits
To ensure accuracy and reliability, all samples must be collected and returned to the laboratory within 60 days of purchase.
Samples returned outside this period may be rejected or may produce unreliable results. In such cases, testing may not be completed and refunds will not be provided.
5. Returns and refunds
Due to hygiene, sterility, and contamination risks, sampling kits cannot be returned once dispatched.
All sales are final except where items are damaged or incorrect on delivery.

6. Laboratory services
Laboratory testing is performed by independent third-party accredited laboratories.
Once testing has commenced, laboratory services are non-refundable.
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary due to laboratory capacity, transport delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Results and limitations
Test results reflect the condition of the specific sample at the time it was taken only.
Results:
- do not guarantee ongoing or future water safety
- do not represent the condition of the entire water system
- do not replace a Legionella Risk Assessment
- must be considered as part of a wider control and monitoring programme
Customers remain solely responsible for interpreting results and determining appropriate actions.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnostic services, or compliance certification.
8. Delivery and postage
Delivery times are estimates only.
Once kits or samples are posted, responsibility for transit passes to the postal or courier provider. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning samples.
We are not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, testing service, or report is limited to the amount paid for that order
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
10. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal or courier disruptions, laboratory shutdowns, supply chain failures, industrial action, or acts of nature.
11. Website use
You agree not to:
- misuse this website
- introduce malicious code
- attempt unauthorised access
- copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission
All website content remains our intellectual property.
12. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
