When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries of products or services at the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each delivery unless the subscription is paid in advance.

Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. You will be charged for the next subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel or amend a subscription at any time before the next billing or dispatch date.

Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation emails and allow you to:

  • cancel future deliveries

  • pause a subscription (where available)

  • update billing or delivery details

Important Limitations

Once a subscription order has been:

  • processed

  • dispatched

  • or where laboratory testing has commenced

that order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned due to hygiene, sterility, and contamination risks.

Cancellation applies only to future subscription deliveries, not to orders already processed or fulfilled.
